I am going all in on the web, SEO and AI side of the business, and I built the system on this page to do one thing: actively win local businesses more customers. Here is what it is, and what it does for yours.
Most local business websites, WordPress or otherwise, are brochures. They sit there. They stay online and look tidy, and for years that was enough. It is not anymore. A static site does not work for you, and it cannot keep up with how customers now find a local business.
What we build for you is not a website in that sense at all. It is an AI engine: a system that builds, optimises and monitors your site every day, tracks your rankings and traffic, gets you cited by AI assistants, and changes course in days when conditions demand it. The website is only the part your customers see. The engine running behind it is the part that wins you the work.
The biggest change is how we work. We now run an AI-powered build system that produces and changes websites far faster than the old hand-coded WordPress approach. A new service page, a booking form, a landing page for a seasonal promotion, a redesign of a section: work that used to mean a quote and weeks of waiting now lands in days.
That speed is not just convenience. It means we can try an idea, measure it, and keep what works, again and again, so your site keeps getting better instead of sitting still.
This is the part no normal agency can match. Every article, page and change we publish for you is checked by a team of AI specialists before it goes live. Each one is an expert in a single discipline, trained on your business and your standards, and together they catch what a single reviewer never could. The full panel is included in the Grow and Partner packages.
A ruthless magazine editor that makes sure everything reads like a human expert wrote it, never like generic AI filler.
A specialist built specifically for your field, so every claim about your trade is checked by a genuine expert in it, not a generalist.
Part brand director, part SEO operator, part social strategist. Knows what looks current and what Google and Meta reward right now.
A blunt sales and marketing reviewer with one question: will this make you money?
A senior local SEO consultant focused on Google Maps, the local pack and Central Coast search.
Reads every piece and asks: does this meet the customer where they actually are emotionally?
An adversarial reader who attacks every claim so a competitor or critic cannot.
A cautious Australian consumer-law reviewer checking whether any claim could cost you penalties or removed listings.
A senior accessibility consultant making sure your site works for every customer, including older and vision-impaired users.
On the Grow or Partner plan, the nine-specialist panel does not only review your pages, it writes them. Overnight, on a schedule, the system picks a question your customers are actually asking, researches it, writes the article, runs it through the full expert and legal review, and publishes it to your site by morning. You wake up to new content that is already live, already checked, and already working.
This is how a small business out-publishes competitors who pay a writer per article. The cost of producing a reviewed, expert-grade piece drops close to nothing, so instead of one post a month you run a steady stream, every one built to pull in search traffic and answer a real buying question.

Each article targets a specific thing people type into Google, the informational questions that sit just upstream of a sale. More expert pages answering more of those questions means more doors for a new customer to find you.
Where it fits, buying guides carry affiliate links to the products you would recommend anyway, disclosed properly. Set up under your own affiliate account, a guide that ranks earns you commission on what readers buy through it, around the clock.
Google rewards sites that cover their field in depth and clearly know it, its E-E-A-T signals. A growing library of accurate, expert-reviewed articles is one of the strongest ways to build that authority and pull your whole site up over time.
Every article is written to move the reader toward you. Someone reading how to handle a problem you fix is one step from booking you to fix it. The content is the top of the funnel and it feeds straight into your enquiries.
The same articles give ChatGPT, Claude and the rest something accurate to read and quote when a person asks them for a recommendation in your field. Depth and accuracy are what earn the mention.
A paid ad stops the moment you stop paying. A ranked article keeps pulling traffic, leads and affiliate income for years. The library you build is an asset that grows while the cost of adding to it stays near zero.
Your old site had basic SEO set up once and left alone. What we run now is active, measured and ongoing. These are the exact systems we already run on our own iFix site, now turned on for yours.
Your rankings and traffic are tracked automatically every single day. We see movement the moment it happens, not months later when the damage is done.
We see every phrase people type into Google to find you, and exactly where you rank for each one. That tells us which searches you should be winning and are not yet, so we can go and take them.
On our own iFix site, once we applied Google Analytics 4 audience filters combined with server-level bot rules, roughly 94% of what Google was counting as sessions turned out to be automated crawlers, SEO audit tools, offshore bots and data-harvesters. What remained were genuine local customers. The real number was much smaller, and it was the only number worth planning from.
When we update a page, we notify Bing directly via the IndexNow protocol so the change is registered in minutes rather than days. For Google, we request a re-crawl via Search Console immediately, rather than leaving it to Google's crawl schedule. Changes count sooner.
We mark up your pages so search engines and AI assistants understand precisely what you do and where. This is how you show up in modern results and AI answers, not just the old blue links.
Clean sitemap, correct indexing rules, fast crawlable structure. The unglamorous work that quietly decides whether you rank at all, and that a plugin never touches.
Search 'repairs erina' on Google and iFix sits at the very top: above the mechanics, the smash repairers and the trade shops all chasing that same word. iFix holds a 4.9-star rating across more than 140 Google reviews, and that review signal is part of what earns and defends that position. This is our own site, running the exact system we are offering you. We earned that ranking with it. Where your own site lands depends on the factors below, but the work behind it is the same.

We cannot guarantee you the top spot, and you should be wary of anyone who promises it. That result took real work, but where a site ranks moves on a long list of factors. Some we control outright, some depend on you, and some are in nobody's hands. Here is the honest, full picture of what decides it.
Page speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile layout, clean crawling and indexing, page titles and headings, internal linking, and LocalBusiness schema so search engines read you correctly.
Pages built to answer what people actually type, with the depth, accuracy and expertise signals (Google's E-E-A-T) that search rewards, and kept fresh over time.
A consistent name, address and phone across the web, directory citations, links earned from other sites, and brand mentions that build trust over time.
What you choose to publish and put your name to. We write and optimise it, but the call on what goes on your site is yours, and that shapes what you can realistically rank for.
How many you have, your average rating, how recently they arrive, and whether you reply to them. We can prompt and manage the flow, but your customers write them, and reviews weigh heavily on local ranking.
Accurate categories, services, hours and photos, plus responding to customers. The profile is the single biggest lever on the local map pack, and it relies on you keeping it current with us.
What your competitors do, Google's own algorithm updates, how far the searcher is standing from you, their personal search history, and the exact words they type.
The work is built into your plan. You are not paying agency retainers, you are getting the same outcome from the team that already proved it on its own business.
More and more people skip Google and just ask an AI assistant for a recommendation. They type "who is the best in my area for this" and act on the answer. The catch: an assistant only names a business it can read clearly and already trusts. Most local sites are invisible to it, or accidentally lock it out entirely. We do the opposite, on purpose.
You cannot buy your way into an AI's answer. There is no ad slot. You earn the mention by being the clearest, most trustworthy source the model can find on your subject. That is what we systematically build toward, using the same methods that have earned iFix organic citations from the assistants that matter.
Logged out, with no account and nothing nudging it our way, we asked ChatGPT who the best repair shop on the Central Coast is. Across repeated sessions in May 2026, iFix came back as the top pick. The screenshot below shows one of those results. AI responses vary by session, model version and date, so we cannot promise the same result every time you run it. What we can promise is to engineer your site to be the kind of source these models trust, read and cite consistently. That is the work.

Your site explicitly grants access using the crawler each assistant actually sends: GPTBot for ChatGPT, ClaudeBot for Claude, Applebot for Apple Intelligence, and PerplexityBot for Perplexity. Each one is allowed in so it can read and cite what we publish for you. In the same breath we block the data-scrapers that only harvest your work to feed rivals. Most sites have this backwards, or have never configured it at all.
We mark up exactly who you are, what you do, where you are, your hours and your reputation, in the structured format these systems read first. That lets an assistant state your details as fact, with confidence, instead of guessing or leaving you out of the answer.
Our content answers the real questions people put to AI about your trade, and every page clears the nine-specialist accuracy and legal review before it goes live. Models favour sources that read as genuinely expert and that hold up to scrutiny. That is what earns the citation rather than getting skipped.
Referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are identified and counted in your analytics, so this is a measured channel with real numbers next to it, not a promise you have to take on faith.
When an assistant names you in its answer, that is a recommendation, not an advert, and the person clicking through is already most of the way to booking. This channel barely existed a year ago, which is precisely why being early on it wins: your competitors' untouched WordPress sites cannot be read or cited, so they are simply not in the conversation.
Google now uses how fast your site loads as a direct factor in where it ranks you. A slow site gets pushed down, full stop. It also loses people: with every extra second of load time, more visitors give up and leave before they ever see your offer.
We rebuild sites to be genuinely fast. Code stripped down and minified, content cached so repeat visits are near-instant, images and video compressed hard, and the important part of each page preloaded so it appears immediately. This is the technical work that almost always gets skipped, done properly.
Guessing is over. We pull from three sources, monitor them automatically every day, and turn the raw data into reporting you can actually use, so every decision about your site is backed by evidence, not opinion.
The exact phrases people search to find you, where you rank for each, and which pages earn clicks. Where we spot the searches you should be winning.
What visitors do once they arrive: which pages they read, where they drop off, what leads to an enquiry, and which traffic is real customers versus noise.
How interest in your services rises and falls across the year, so we see seasonal demand coming and have the right content live before your competitors do.
By mapping search behaviour against on-site behaviour against market demand, we report the things that matter to your business in plain language: which services people are searching for and when, the seasonal patterns in your trade so you can prepare for busy and quiet periods, which pages are pulling their weight and which are not, where your enquiries are coming from, and where the next opportunity to grow actually is. You get this as a regular report, written to be read, not a wall of numbers.
If you can export your existing job or customer database, we build it straight into the back end of your website: a private, login-protected dashboard that turns your raw records into the kind of insight you have never had in one place. Revenue by service, job volumes and trends, your busiest months, your most common work, and where your customers come from. Always current, always yours.
This is the exact dashboard we built for iFix from our own data. We can build the same for you, included with Grow and Partner.

The next few years look unpredictable for everyone in business. Costs, demand and the way customers want to buy can all turn quickly, and a website that needs a developer quote and weeks of work to change becomes a liability the moment they do.
This system is built for exactly that. The whole thing is driven by plain language: we say the change we want and the AI build system makes it. Re-pointing your entire model becomes a short conversation, not a months-long project. The kind of pivot we can turn around fast:
If foot traffic dries up or you need to close the shopfront, we switch you to an online-only model in days: online quoting, remote diagnosis, postage and courier intake, contactless pickup and drop-off. No rebuild, no starting again.
Stand up video consultations or remote-support sessions and wire them straight into your booking flow, so you can quote, advise and sell without anyone needing to leave home.
Change the questions you ask, deposits, time slots, service areas or the entire flow on demand. The form, the logic behind it and the payments all update together, live, not as three separate jobs.
We connect your site to the booking, CRM and payment tools you already use, so a change on the website flows through to how the business actually operates, not just how it looks.
When the market turns, the businesses that adapt in days instead of months are the ones still trading. That adaptability is the real value here, and it is about as close to insurance as a website gets.
We will be straight about price. This is not the cheapest way to get a website, and it is not meant to be. A template site from an overseas freelancer is cheaper on day one and does nothing for you after that.
The AI engine is far more capable, and far more valuable to your business, than a standard WordPress site. It genuinely costs more to build and to run at this level, and there is a one-off setup fee to stand it up. We would rather tell you that plainly than bury it.
The honest truth: a simple WordPress website, sitting untouched, no longer cuts it. Search, speed and AI have moved the goalposts. The businesses that adapt will keep turning up when customers search. The ones that do not will slip down the rankings and hand that work to competitors who did. We are making this change so your site stays in the first group.
It comes down to one thing: how much of my time goes into your project each month. I am going all in on this side of the business, putting far more of my hours into websites, SEO and AI than the repair bench. So the more time you book, the harder we push your site. These are the monthly rates, and they sit on top of a one-off $6,500 +GST setup fee that covers the full build and migration. The AI specialist review panel and a business dashboard built from your own data are included in the Grow or Partner plan, both described above.
All prices in AUD, excluding GST. 10% GST is added at checkout.
Choose a plan above to check out securely with Stripe. You pay the one-off $6,500 +GST setup and your first month now, then your plan bills automatically each month on the same date. No invoices to chase.
If you do not want any of the AI, SEO or automation, we will rebuild your existing site as a clean, fast, speed-optimised version and keep it running. It is the no-frills option, here if that is genuinely all you need.
Includes: a speed-optimised rebuild of your site, fast managed hosting, SSL, security updates, automated backups, and Google Analytics so you can see your own traffic.
Not included: SEO, the AI engine, the nine-specialist review panel, overnight article publishing, the combined analytics and reporting, the business dashboard, active monitoring or any integrations. Nothing is optimised around your Google Analytics: you read the numbers yourself and request the changes you want, each quoted per job.
We do not host or manage email. Your business email lives on your own Google Workspace account, on Gmail, in your name. We set it up with you and point your domain at it, and if you already have business email elsewhere we move it across so you do not lose anything.
Bringing existing email across is generally quite smooth, though temporary interruptions can happen and there are some risks involved, and we do our best to mitigate them. The one thing you do at your end is sign in to the new Google account in your phone and computer email apps.
What we do: set up your Google Workspace, and where you have existing email, move your messages, folders and contacts across cleanly.
What you do: sign in to your new Google account in your email app. That is the only step on your side.
What changes: your email is owned and billed by you, directly through Google, on your own account. We do not host or manage it.
What you get: Gmail, Google's spam filtering and security run at a scale no small mail server can match, and email that stays yours, even if you ever leave us.
I want to be straight about why I set it up this way. Email is the single most sensitive thing a business runs online. It is the key to your banking, your logins and your customers. With security risk around AI systems and online privacy only increasing, I do not think the right place for that is a mail server I manage on the side.
Your email is safer in Google's hands, behind their security, than on ours. It also stays yours outright, in your name, not tied to us. That frees me to put my time where it actually moves your business: building your website and getting you real leads, not running a mail server.
The setup fee is a one-off. From there you choose the monthly plan that fits, and we will recommend the right one for your business.
Get in touch by email or phone. We will confirm your setup, recommend the right plan, and handle the build.
