iFix Electronics
New Client
For Central Coast businesses

Your website should be winning work, not just sitting there.

I am going all in on the web, SEO and AI side of the business, and I built the system on this page to do one thing: actively win local businesses more customers. Here is what it is, and what it does for yours.

What you actually get

You are not getting a new website. You are getting an AI engine.

Most local business websites, WordPress or otherwise, are brochures. They sit there. They stay online and look tidy, and for years that was enough. It is not anymore. A static site does not work for you, and it cannot keep up with how customers now find a local business.

What we build for you is not a website in that sense at all. It is an AI engine: a system that builds, optimises and monitors your site every day, tracks your rankings and traffic, gets you cited by AI assistants, and changes course in days when conditions demand it. The website is only the part your customers see. The engine running behind it is the part that wins you the work.

The workflow shift

Built and improved at a speed that was not possible before.

The biggest change is how we work. We now run an AI-powered build system that produces and changes websites far faster than the old hand-coded WordPress approach. A new service page, a booking form, a landing page for a seasonal promotion, a redesign of a section: work that used to mean a quote and weeks of waiting now lands in days.

That speed is not just convenience. It means we can try an idea, measure it, and keep what works, again and again, so your site keeps getting better instead of sitting still.

Maintain (small edits only), Grow, Partner
Included in Grow and Partner

Your site is reviewed by a panel of nine AI specialists.

This is the part no normal agency can match. Every article, page and change we publish for you is checked by a team of AI specialists before it goes live. Each one is an expert in a single discipline, trained on your business and your standards, and together they catch what a single reviewer never could. The full panel is included in the Grow and Partner packages.

PROSE & VOICE

The Editor

A ruthless magazine editor that makes sure everything reads like a human expert wrote it, never like generic AI filler.

  • Strips out the tired phrases that give AI-written copy away, the patterns any trained editor spots before the second paragraph
  • Kills padding, throat-clearing and filler sentences that do not earn their place
  • Tunes sentence rhythm and cadence so the writing reads naturally out loud
  • Targets the right reading age so customers actually finish the page
  • Enforces your exact brand voice on every line, not a generic house tone
  • Hunts the structural tells that give AI writing away, so yours never reads like it
BUILT FOR YOUR FIELD

Your Industry Specialist

A specialist built specifically for your field, so every claim about your trade is checked by a genuine expert in it, not a generalist.

  • Built from scratch for your trade, modelled on a real expert in it, not a generalist
  • Fact-checks every technical claim so nothing published is wrong or out of date
  • Catches the myths and half-truths a non-expert would repeat without knowing
  • Keeps the language and grading of your products and services precise and correct
  • Calls out the common industry scams and dodgy tactics, positioning you as the honest option
  • Makes sure every page reads like it was written by someone who genuinely does the work
DESIGN, SEARCH & SOCIAL

The Designer

Part brand director, part SEO operator, part social strategist. Knows what looks current and what Google and Meta reward right now.

  • Holds your visual brand consistent across every page, post and image
  • Reviews on-page SEO and reads your Google Search Console signals for indexing problems
  • Guards Core Web Vitals against the current 2026 thresholds Google ranks on
  • Checks Google E-E-A-T, the experience and authority markers search now weighs heavily
  • Vets affiliate and Amazon Associates content against the Australian program rules
  • Checks how each piece will land as a Facebook and Instagram post, not just on the page
REVENUE

The Sales Expert

A blunt sales and marketing reviewer with one question: will this make you money?

  • Reads every page asking one thing: will this turn a visitor into a booking, sale or click
  • Maps the friction between landing and enquiring, then strips it out
  • Applies real buyer psychology, including how people decide on a repair or a refurbished device
  • Benchmarks you against the actual Central Coast competitors chasing the same customers
  • Checks the page earns its place under Google's Helpful Content rules, not thin filler
  • Makes sure it answers the way people now ask AI assistants and voice search
LOCAL RANKING

The Local SEO Specialist

A senior local SEO consultant focused on Google Maps, the local pack and Central Coast search.

  • Optimises your Google Business Profile, the single biggest lever on map-pack position
  • Audits your name, address and phone for consistency across the web and fixes broken citations
  • Manages review velocity and how those reviews read as ranking signals
  • Targets the suburbs that actually share local intent, like the Erina, Gosford and Terrigal cluster
  • Implements local schema so Google reads your location and services correctly
  • Treats the Central Coast as its own search market, not a slice of Sydney
READER EMOTION & TRUST

The Psychologist

Reads every piece and asks: does this meet the customer where they actually are emotionally?

  • Matches tone to the reader's real state, whether they are panicking, grieving lost data or calmly researching
  • Lowers the cognitive load on stressed readers so a page is easy to act on under pressure
  • Handles sensitive situations with care, like data loss, scam recovery and self-inflicted damage
  • Spots decision paralysis and the trust gaps that quietly stop people enquiring
  • Builds trust at the pace real people give it, instead of demanding it up front
  • Blocks manufactured or fake-sounding empathy that makes a brand less believable, not more
STRESS-TEST

The Skeptic

An adversarial reader who attacks every claim so a competitor or critic cannot.

  • Reads every page the way a hostile competitor would, looking for the first thing to attack
  • Demands evidence, sample sizes, definitions and sources behind every claim
  • Catches cherry-picking, survivorship bias and sloppy cause-and-effect
  • Flags vague qualifiers and unanchored claims like 'fast' or 'leading' with nothing behind them
  • Challenges authority and statistics that have no name or method attached
  • Makes sure every published claim is one you could defend in public without flinching
COMPLIANCE

The Legal Reviewer

A cautious Australian consumer-law reviewer checking whether any claim could cost you penalties or removed listings.

  • Checks Australian Consumer Law for misleading conduct and false or unsubstantiated representations
  • Makes sure every factual claim can be backed up, the legal substantiation test
  • Keeps comparative and competitor claims clear of defamation risk under NSW law
  • Reviews privacy wording against the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles
  • Enforces correct affiliate disclosure under Amazon's rules and ACCC guidance
  • Checks marketing against the Spam Act and guards against overstated credentials
REACH & ACCESS

The Accessibility Specialist

A senior accessibility consultant making sure your site works for every customer, including older and vision-impaired users.

  • Audits every page against WCAG 2.2 AA, the recognised accessibility baseline
  • Tests how the page works for screen-reader, keyboard-only and low-vision users
  • Checks colour contrast, tap-target size and readable text for older, less confident users
  • Reads for dyslexic and cognitively loaded visitors, not just people with perfect eyesight
  • Built around the Central Coast's older demographic, where around one in five residents is aged 65 or older, well above the national average
  • Reduces your exposure to Disability Discrimination Act 1992 complaints
One clear verdict, not nine opinions. A lead reviewer combines every specialist's findings into a single ranked action list, surfaces any conflicts honestly, and orders the work by impact. If even one specialist blocks a piece, it does not go live. Every published page has passed expert review across accuracy, law, search, design, psychology and accessibility. Every time.
Grow, Partner
Grow and Partner

While you sleep, the specialists are publishing.

On the Grow or Partner plan, the nine-specialist panel does not only review your pages, it writes them. Overnight, on a schedule, the system picks a question your customers are actually asking, researches it, writes the article, runs it through the full expert and legal review, and publishes it to your site by morning. You wake up to new content that is already live, already checked, and already working.

This is how a small business out-publishes competitors who pay a writer per article. The cost of producing a reviewed, expert-grade piece drops close to nothing, so instead of one post a month you run a steady stream, every one built to pull in search traffic and answer a real buying question.

iFix · Repair Tips · written and reviewed by the panel

01

More traffic from real searches

Each article targets a specific thing people type into Google, the informational questions that sit just upstream of a sale. More expert pages answering more of those questions means more doors for a new customer to find you.

02

Affiliate income while you sleep

Where it fits, buying guides carry affiliate links to the products you would recommend anyway, disclosed properly. Set up under your own affiliate account, a guide that ranks earns you commission on what readers buy through it, around the clock.

03

Authority that lifts your ranking

Google rewards sites that cover their field in depth and clearly know it, its E-E-A-T signals. A growing library of accurate, expert-reviewed articles is one of the strongest ways to build that authority and pull your whole site up over time.

04

Leads, not just readers

Every article is written to move the reader toward you. Someone reading how to handle a problem you fix is one step from booking you to fix it. The content is the top of the funnel and it feeds straight into your enquiries.

05

Cited by the AI assistants

The same articles give ChatGPT, Claude and the rest something accurate to read and quote when a person asks them for a recommendation in your field. Depth and accuracy are what earn the mention.

06

An asset that compounds

A paid ad stops the moment you stop paying. A ranked article keeps pulling traffic, leads and affiliate income for years. The library you build is an asset that grows while the cost of adding to it stays near zero.

It is already running. Dozens of these are live right now, written and reviewed by the same panel, from "What to Do When Your Laptop Won't Charge" to "How to Tell If an Online Store Is Fake", plus the SSD and formatted-drive specialist guides on Advanced Data Recovery. Where any of this affects ranking, the same honest rule from earlier applies: we run the work that moves it, we do not promise a position.
Grow, Partner
The SEO we run now

This is a different category to a WordPress SEO plugin.

Your old site had basic SEO set up once and left alone. What we run now is active, measured and ongoing. These are the exact systems we already run on our own iFix site, now turned on for yours.

01

Daily rank & traffic monitoring

Your rankings and traffic are tracked automatically every single day. We see movement the moment it happens, not months later when the damage is done.

02

Search-term intelligence

We see every phrase people type into Google to find you, and exactly where you rank for each one. That tells us which searches you should be winning and are not yet, so we can go and take them.

03

Real-customer data, bots filtered

On our own iFix site, once we applied Google Analytics 4 audience filters combined with server-level bot rules, roughly 94% of what Google was counting as sessions turned out to be automated crawlers, SEO audit tools, offshore bots and data-harvesters. What remained were genuine local customers. The real number was much smaller, and it was the only number worth planning from.

04

Faster indexing

When we update a page, we notify Bing directly via the IndexNow protocol so the change is registered in minutes rather than days. For Google, we request a re-crawl via Search Console immediately, rather than leaving it to Google's crawl schedule. Changes count sooner.

05

Structured data

We mark up your pages so search engines and AI assistants understand precisely what you do and where. This is how you show up in modern results and AI answers, not just the old blue links.

06

Technical SEO done properly

Clean sitemap, correct indexing rules, fast crawlable structure. The unglamorous work that quietly decides whether you rank at all, and that a plugin never touches.

Grow, Partner
Proof, not promises

As of June 2026, we rank #1 in Erina for 'repairs', against every trade, not just ours.

Search 'repairs erina' on Google and iFix sits at the very top: above the mechanics, the smash repairers and the trade shops all chasing that same word. iFix holds a 4.9-star rating across more than 140 Google reviews, and that review signal is part of what earns and defends that position. This is our own site, running the exact system we are offering you. We earned that ranking with it. Where your own site lands depends on the factors below, but the work behind it is the same.

Google search results for 'repairs erina' with iFix Electronics in the top organic position, above mechanics, smash repairers and other trade businesses
Google · "repairs erina" · main results

Google · "repairs erina" · local map pack

We cannot guarantee you the top spot, and you should be wary of anyone who promises it. That result took real work, but where a site ranks moves on a long list of factors. Some we control outright, some depend on you, and some are in nobody's hands. Here is the honest, full picture of what decides it.

WE CONTROL

Technical and on-page SEO

Page speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile layout, clean crawling and indexing, page titles and headings, internal linking, and LocalBusiness schema so search engines read you correctly.

WE CONTROL

Content matched to the search

Pages built to answer what people actually type, with the depth, accuracy and expertise signals (Google's E-E-A-T) that search rewards, and kept fresh over time.

WE CONTROL

Authority and citations

A consistent name, address and phone across the web, directory citations, links earned from other sites, and brand mentions that build trust over time.

YOU INFLUENCE

The content you approve

What you choose to publish and put your name to. We write and optimise it, but the call on what goes on your site is yours, and that shapes what you can realistically rank for.

YOU INFLUENCE

Your reviews

How many you have, your average rating, how recently they arrive, and whether you reply to them. We can prompt and manage the flow, but your customers write them, and reviews weigh heavily on local ranking.

YOU INFLUENCE

Your Google Business Profile

Accurate categories, services, hours and photos, plus responding to customers. The profile is the single biggest lever on the local map pack, and it relies on you keeping it current with us.

OUT OF ANYONE'S HANDS

The things no one controls

What your competitors do, Google's own algorithm updates, how far the searcher is standing from you, their personal search history, and the exact words they type.

What we actually commit to. We run every factor we control properly and measurably, and we manage the ones that depend on you. We do not promise a position, because no one honestly can. We promise the work that moves ranking, tracked so you can watch it move.
For active local SEO management at this level, specialist digital agencies typically charge $2,500 to $5,000 a month. At the premium and enterprise end of the market, retainers run to $10,000 a month or more.

The work is built into your plan. You are not paying agency retainers, you are getting the same outcome from the team that already proved it on its own business.

When customers ask AI

When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini who to use, we build your site to be the answer they find.

More and more people skip Google and just ask an AI assistant for a recommendation. They type "who is the best in my area for this" and act on the answer. The catch: an assistant only names a business it can read clearly and already trusts. Most local sites are invisible to it, or accidentally lock it out entirely. We do the opposite, on purpose.

You cannot buy your way into an AI's answer. There is no ad slot. You earn the mention by being the clearest, most trustworthy source the model can find on your subject. That is what we systematically build toward, using the same methods that have earned iFix organic citations from the assistants that matter.

Logged out, with no account and nothing nudging it our way, we asked ChatGPT who the best repair shop on the Central Coast is. Across repeated sessions in May 2026, iFix came back as the top pick. The screenshot below shows one of those results. AI responses vary by session, model version and date, so we cannot promise the same result every time you run it. What we can promise is to engineer your site to be the kind of source these models trust, read and cite consistently. That is the work.

01

We let the AI engines in, deliberately

Your site explicitly grants access using the crawler each assistant actually sends: GPTBot for ChatGPT, ClaudeBot for Claude, Applebot for Apple Intelligence, and PerplexityBot for Perplexity. Each one is allowed in so it can read and cite what we publish for you. In the same breath we block the data-scrapers that only harvest your work to feed rivals. Most sites have this backwards, or have never configured it at all.

02

We make your business machine-readable

We mark up exactly who you are, what you do, where you are, your hours and your reputation, in the structured format these systems read first. That lets an assistant state your details as fact, with confidence, instead of guessing or leaving you out of the answer.

03

We publish answers, checked for accuracy

Our content answers the real questions people put to AI about your trade, and every page clears the nine-specialist accuracy and legal review before it goes live. Models favour sources that read as genuinely expert and that hold up to scrutiny. That is what earns the citation rather than getting skipped.

04

We track which AI sends you customers

Referrals from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity are identified and counted in your analytics, so this is a measured channel with real numbers next to it, not a promise you have to take on faith.

111

5

$0

A customer the AI sends you arrives already trusting you.

When an assistant names you in its answer, that is a recommendation, not an advert, and the person clicking through is already most of the way to booking. This channel barely existed a year ago, which is precisely why being early on it wins: your competitors' untouched WordPress sites cannot be read or cited, so they are simply not in the conversation.

Speed is now a ranking factor

A fast site ranks higher and keeps more visitors. Both at once.

Google now uses how fast your site loads as a direct factor in where it ranks you. A slow site gets pushed down, full stop. It also loses people: with every extra second of load time, more visitors give up and leave before they ever see your offer.

We rebuild sites to be genuinely fast. Code stripped down and minified, content cached so repeat visits are near-instant, images and video compressed hard, and the important part of each page preloaded so it appears immediately. This is the technical work that almost always gets skipped, done properly.

How we measure and monitor it

Three Google tools, combined into one clear picture, watched daily.

Guessing is over. We pull from three sources, monitor them automatically every day, and turn the raw data into reporting you can actually use, so every decision about your site is backed by evidence, not opinion.

Search behaviour
Google Search Console

The exact phrases people search to find you, where you rank for each, and which pages earn clicks. Where we spot the searches you should be winning.

On-site behaviour
Google Analytics

What visitors do once they arrive: which pages they read, where they drop off, what leads to an enquiry, and which traffic is real customers versus noise.

Market demand
Google Trends

How interest in your services rises and falls across the year, so we see seasonal demand coming and have the right content live before your competitors do.

Search Console + Analytics + Trends  →  monitored daily, mapped to customer behaviour and seasonal patterns, reported monthly
Grow, Partner
What the reporting tells you

Patterns you can plan your business around.

By mapping search behaviour against on-site behaviour against market demand, we report the things that matter to your business in plain language: which services people are searching for and when, the seasonal patterns in your trade so you can prepare for busy and quiet periods, which pages are pulling their weight and which are not, where your enquiries are coming from, and where the next opportunity to grow actually is. You get this as a regular report, written to be read, not a wall of numbers.

Grow, Partner

Your own business dashboard, built from your data.

If you can export your existing job or customer database, we build it straight into the back end of your website: a private, login-protected dashboard that turns your raw records into the kind of insight you have never had in one place. Revenue by service, job volumes and trends, your busiest months, your most common work, and where your customers come from. Always current, always yours.

This is the exact dashboard we built for iFix from our own data. We can build the same for you, included with Grow and Partner.

Dashboard panel showing total jobs, monthly volume trend and growing categories
Jobs and trends. Total volume, this month, your busiest periods and what is growing.
Dashboard panel showing revenue by service category
Revenue by service. See which parts of your business actually make the money.
Dashboard panel showing website traffic sources and bounce rate
Where customers come from. Traffic sources, sessions and engagement at a glance.
Dashboard panel showing top devices and top repair types
Your work, broken down. Your most common jobs and products, ranked.
Bring us the export and we handle the rest. Hand us a CSV or database export from whatever system you use now, and we turn it into a dashboard you can actually run your business on, wired into your site and updated as your data grows.
Grow, Partner
Built to pivot

When conditions change, your site changes with you, in days.

The next few years look unpredictable for everyone in business. Costs, demand and the way customers want to buy can all turn quickly, and a website that needs a developer quote and weeks of work to change becomes a liability the moment they do.

This system is built for exactly that. The whole thing is driven by plain language: we say the change we want and the AI build system makes it. Re-pointing your entire model becomes a short conversation, not a months-long project. The kind of pivot we can turn around fast:

01

Go online-only, fast

If foot traffic dries up or you need to close the shopfront, we switch you to an online-only model in days: online quoting, remote diagnosis, postage and courier intake, contactless pickup and drop-off. No rebuild, no starting again.

02

Add video-call bookings

Stand up video consultations or remote-support sessions and wire them straight into your booking flow, so you can quote, advise and sell without anyone needing to leave home.

03

Rework how customers book

Change the questions you ask, deposits, time slots, service areas or the entire flow on demand. The form, the logic behind it and the payments all update together, live, not as three separate jobs.

04

Plug into what you already run

We connect your site to the booking, CRM and payment tools you already use, so a change on the website flows through to how the business actually operates, not just how it looks.

A static site cannot move when the ground shifts. Yours can.

When the market turns, the businesses that adapt in days instead of months are the ones still trading. That adaptability is the real value here, and it is about as close to insurance as a website gets.

Maintain (small edits only), Grow, Partner
Being straight with you about price

What it costs, and why it is worth it.

We will be straight about price. This is not the cheapest way to get a website, and it is not meant to be. A template site from an overseas freelancer is cheaper on day one and does nothing for you after that.

The AI engine is far more capable, and far more valuable to your business, than a standard WordPress site. It genuinely costs more to build and to run at this level, and there is a one-off setup fee to stand it up. We would rather tell you that plainly than bury it.

The honest truth: a simple WordPress website, sitting untouched, no longer cuts it. Search, speed and AI have moved the goalposts. The businesses that adapt will keep turning up when customers search. The ones that do not will slip down the rankings and hand that work to competitors who did. We are making this change so your site stays in the first group.

The new packages

The difference is simple: how much of my time goes in.

It comes down to one thing: how much of my time goes into your project each month. I am going all in on this side of the business, putting far more of my hours into websites, SEO and AI than the repair bench. So the more time you book, the harder we push your site. These are the monthly rates, and they sit on top of a one-off $6,500 +GST setup fee that covers the full build and migration. The AI specialist review panel and a business dashboard built from your own data are included in the Grow or Partner plan, both described above.

How your email works

Your email runs on Google Workspace, owned directly by you.

We do not host or manage email. Your business email lives on your own Google Workspace account, on Gmail, in your name. We set it up with you and point your domain at it, and if you already have business email elsewhere we move it across so you do not lose anything.

Bringing existing email across is generally quite smooth, though temporary interruptions can happen and there are some risks involved, and we do our best to mitigate them. The one thing you do at your end is sign in to the new Google account in your phone and computer email apps.

What we do: set up your Google Workspace, and where you have existing email, move your messages, folders and contacts across cleanly.

What you do: sign in to your new Google account in your email app. That is the only step on your side.

What changes: your email is owned and billed by you, directly through Google, on your own account. We do not host or manage it.

What you get: Gmail, Google's spam filtering and security run at a scale no small mail server can match, and email that stays yours, even if you ever leave us.

I want to be straight about why I set it up this way. Email is the single most sensitive thing a business runs online. It is the key to your banking, your logins and your customers. With security risk around AI systems and online privacy only increasing, I do not think the right place for that is a mail server I manage on the side.

Your email is safer in Google's hands, behind their security, than on ours. It also stays yours outright, in your name, not tied to us. That frees me to put my time where it actually moves your business: building your website and getting you real leads, not running a mail server.

How we start

A one-off build to stand up your AI engine, then a simple monthly plan.

  • A one-off setup fee of $6,500 +GST: a full custom build of your site on the AI engine, plus migration from your current setup.
  • Migration handled completely by us, with no downtime and nothing for you to manage.
  • Your choice of monthly plan from there: Maintain, Grow or Partner, at the rates above.
  • Everything in your chosen plan, live and working from day one.

The setup fee is a one-off. From there you choose the monthly plan that fits, and we will recommend the right one for your business.

Let us build your AI engine and get it working for you.

Get in touch by email or phone. We will confirm your setup, recommend the right plan, and handle the build.
