About 10 to 12 minutes from Wyoming: south down the Pacific Highway past Wyoming Shopping Village into Gosford, then east on the Central Coast Highway to Erina. An easy detour on a school run or a round of errands. We are at 3/221 The Entrance Road, on the main strip, a few minutes from Erina Fair.
Free off-street customer parking directly out the front. Pull up, drop the device, no meter and no circling the block. Overflow on The Entrance Road if the front spots are full.
Buses run from Wyoming through Gosford, where you can connect toward Erina. If you would rather not drive, call first and we will talk through the simplest route for your model and repair.
Devices dropped in during the morning are usually ready before we close the same day on most common repairs. Handy if you are heading back for the afternoon school pick-up.
The maths for a family budget is usually straightforward. Call or message first so we can confirm your model and quote, then ship the device tracked and insured for its full replacement value (Australia Post Express with signature on delivery is the standard). We complete the repair within 24 hours of arrival at the workshop and ship it back tracked the same day. Round-trip is typically 4–5 business days end-to-end.
When you pack it: original box if you have it, otherwise wrapped in bubble wrap with at least 5cm of padding on all sides in a sturdy box. Pull the SIM card and keep it. Include a note with your name, phone number, and a quick description of what is wrong.
