One-on-one appointments are for one-on-one support only, in special circumstances. If your device is faulty, damaged or needs a part replaced, book a Repair Drop Off instead. These are two completely different services, and booking the wrong one means you will be charged incorrectly.

Give us the full history. The more you write, the more we get done on the day. Please cover all of the following:

Timeline. When it started, and what happened in order.
First contact. How they reached you: phone call, text, email, social media, in person, and where you were at the time.
Every account, app, card and device affected. Name the provider, for example "Commonwealth Bank app", "Gmail", "Facebook", "my work laptop". List all of them, even the ones you think are fine.
Money. Amounts, dates, and which account or card each one came from.
What you have already done. Bank called, cards cancelled, passwords changed, phone reset, accounts closed.
What you want out of the session. Accounts recovered, devices checked and cleaned, everything documented, a written report for your bank or insurer.
Reference numbers you already have: bank fraud case number, police event number, Scamwatch report number.

Passwords, PINs and account numbers: leave those out of this box. Bring them with you on the day and we will take them from you in person. Anything typed here is emailed back to your own inbox as part of your confirmation, so if one of your accounts is still compromised it would go straight to whoever has access to it.
