Refund & Returns Policy
The AI Handover Kit is a digital product. It is a set of Markdown files supplied as a downloadable zip, delivered by a time-limited download link sent to your email after payment. There is no physical item to return.
Change of mind
Because the kit is delivered digitally and can be downloaded and kept the moment your link is issued, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the download link has been issued or used. Please read the product description on the kit page in full before you buy, so you know what is included.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Those rights apply on top of this policy and cannot be excluded.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If the kit has a major failure, for example it is significantly different from how it is described, or it is not fit for the purpose we said it was for, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, which may include a refund or a replacement. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by such a failure, to the extent the law provides.
How to make a claim
If you believe the kit is faulty, was not delivered, or is not as described, contact us and we will help. Email info@ifixelectronics.com.au with your order email and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to resolve valid claims promptly.
If your download link expired or you used all of its downloads before saving the file, that is not a fault. Contact us at the same address and we will re-issue your link.
