Ourimbah is an 18-minute drive from our Erina workshop, and we're the closest specialist phone and laptop repair shop for the University of Newcastle Ourimbah campus. If your phone or MacBook has packed up mid-semester, you don't have time to wait — drop it in and most jobs are done within a day. We're patient with student budgets, give honest assessments of what's worth fixing versus replacing, and offer a 3-month warranty on every repair.
UoN Ourimbah students mostly come in with cracked iPhone screens (often from drops on campus stairs), slow MacBooks that need an SSD upgrade or memory clean-out, and dead laptop batteries from years of student use. We carry common parts in stock and can often quote on the spot. Need data off a dead laptop with assignments on it? We can usually recover it the same day — bring it in as soon as it stops working, don't keep trying to power it on, and don't let anyone tell you the data is lost until we've had a look.
