Water damaged phones are data recovery only, meaning we do not do repairs for these, we only offer data recovery due to the reliability of the device. There is an exeption for Macbook water damage, which is repairable.

Turn around times will vary depending on the repair required. Please contact us if you would like to discuss what your turnaround time will be.

Please do not send chargers, boxes or cases with devices. We do not take responsibility for them. We have our own chargers to test with, and the item should be well packaged in bubble wrap only.

  • Step 1 – Fill out the below form to let us know the specific repair you require
  • Step 2 – Send your parcel to 3/221 The Entrance Road, Erina NSW 2250 Australia
  • Step 3 – We will give you a call when we receive your item & confirm the quote with you, and give you an estimated time of completion (generally the next business day).
  • Step 4 – We will email an Invoice to you for payment. We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer & Eftpos over the phone.
  • Step 5 – We will ship your item back to you!
