Terms of Sale & Use
Who we are
The AI Handover Kit is sold by iFix Electronics (ABN 87 425 665 562), referred to here as "we", "us" or "our". We trade from 3/221 The Entrance Road, Erina NSW 2250, and you can reach us on (02) 4311 6146 or at info@ifixelectronics.com.au. By purchasing the kit, you agree to these terms and to our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
What you are buying
The AI Handover Kit is a digital product: a set of Markdown files and templates supplied as a downloadable zip. It is sold as a one-off purchase for AUD 250. Prices are in Australian dollars and include any applicable GST. There are no physical goods and no ongoing subscription.
Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we email a time-limited download link to the address you provide at checkout. The link is valid for 72 hours and allows up to 5 downloads, so please save the file somewhere safe once it arrives. If your link expires or is used up before you save the file, email info@ifixelectronics.com.au and we will re-issue it.
Licence and intellectual property
When you buy the kit, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use it within a single business, including your own internal adaptation of the files for that business. All intellectual property in the kit, including its structure, templates and wording, remains with iFix Electronics.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, share or sublicense the kit files or templates,
- publish the files or templates, in whole or in substantial part, as your own product or as a competing product, or
- remove or obscure any notice of ownership in the files.
Adapting the templates for your own business is encouraged. Repackaging them for distribution to others is not.
Disclaimer
The kit is an informational and template product. It is provided to help you set up and run your own AI workflow, but it does not guarantee any specific business result, revenue, ranking or outcome. How you apply the kit, and the results you get, are your responsibility. The AI tools the kit is designed to be used with are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for those tools or for changes to them.
Liability and your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
To the extent permitted by law, and other than for those guarantees, our total liability to you in connection with the kit is limited to re-supplying the kit or refunding the price you paid for it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
