The RTX 3050 is still enough to play Fortnite, Valorant, Minecraft and most current games at 1080p on medium settings. Gaming on a bed or couch. Soft surfaces block the intake vents, the laptop throttles, and dust builds up fast. Use it on a desk or a hard tray.
Never cleaning the fans. Most gaming laptops that come to us running hot and slow have fans packed with dust. A clean every year or so restores the performance you paid for.
